insomnia is a beautifully insightful creature. it runs you down and beats you up until your skull is numb and your appendages won’t quite move like you tell them to. slowly, it takes over your life, plants a seed in your belly that over time sprouts and creeps along your insides. once the fettering vines of sleeplessness slither their way through your body, they begin to spill out of your eyes, your mouth, your ears and envelop your facade… the transformation is complete. the beast that is insomnia has won over another soul.

and all i have to show for it are these random pieces of nonsense that kept me entertained while i float through my sleepless nights…
